Please inform us immediately of any changes in your home address and telephone numbers or dental insurance information. If you have any questions about billing, please call us at 706-855-8818 prior to your visit.
PATIENTS WITH DENTAL INSURANCE
We will be happy to file claims with your insurance carrier for you. We are not on any provider list and you will be responsible for any balance that your insurance company does not pay. Your insurance coverage is a contract between you or your employer and your insurance company, not with Shores Dental Center. The difference between our fee and the estimated insurance coverage is required at the time of service.
Shores Dental Center is not classified as a Medicaid provider. We are not able to file claims for Medicaid or Medicare.
FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, THE FOLLOWING PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED:

- American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards
- Care Credit (a financing company) – 1-800-365-8295
***there will be a fee of $35 for returned checks***
Unless canceled at least 48 hours in advance, our office policy is to charge for missed appointments at a rate of $50 per hour missed. Our office staff calls to verify your dental appointment(s), 4 days to 1 week before your scheduled appointment. An email is also sent to you. Please return their phone call(s) or leave a message on the office answering machine. We do need to know if you will or will not be able to come to your reserved appointment. If you do not respond within the allotted time, we wil be forced to give your appointment day and time to another patient that is on the will call patient list and a charge for the missed appointment will be added to your account.
